Manufacturer
Insutech is an Egyptian construction-materials and packaging manufacturer that has operated since 1987. It produces bitumen membranes, bituminous emulsions, XPS and EPS — covering the full range of waterproofing and thermal-insulation needs — and manufactures custom EPS packaging for the home-appliance, automotive and food-and-beverage industries. Production runs across five facilities in Egypt, supported by in-house quality-control and R&D laboratories for batch testing and product development, with exports reaching more than 105 countries.

Lightweight construction boards
Insutile manufactures lightweight construction boards — tile backer boards used as a waterproof, easy-to-handle substrate for walls, floors and wet areas in construction and fit-out.
External facades, elements & cladding
CLADECO® produces external facades, architectural elements and cladding from coated EPS — a meshless acrylic shell over a pure-EPS core, custom-made for each project.
Brand
CLADECO® is Insutech's facade brand, started in 2024. It makes external facades, decorative elements and cladding from coated EPS: a core of expanded polystyrene wrapped in a protective acrylic shell. The acrylic is top-of-line, sourced from leading international manufacturers, and the EPS core is produced in-house from 100% pure raw material. Everything is made in-house by Insutech on high-capacity lines that can take on orders of any size, and is checked through Insutech's quality-control and R&D laboratories.

Materials
A facade is only as good as its inputs. CLADECO® is built from materials chosen for durability and finish.
The protective shell uses top-of-line acrylic sourced from leading international manufacturers, for color stability, weather resistance and a clean finish.
The core is expanded from 100% pure raw material — the same EPS Insutech produces and exports — for consistent density and clean machining.
CLADECO® is manufactured in-house by Insutech on high-capacity lines — sized to handle a single villa or a full development — under quality control held to international standards.
Quality & R&D
Every CLADECO® order draws on Insutech's in-house laboratories — the same quality-control and R&D facilities behind the group's exports.
Incoming acrylic and polystyrene are checked against spec before entering production.
Work-in-progress and finished pieces are inspected, so what leaves the factory matches the specification.
The R&D lab develops new profiles, coatings and formulations, extending what CLADECO® can produce.
